Due to the nature of our products (specialty coffee beans) being food items, returns and exchanges are not possible once the package has been opened or used.

Customers are entitled to return a product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.
\n \n - \n
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, with all accessories and packaging intact, and free from any damage.
\n \n - \n
If the reason for return or exchange is a manufacturing defect or an error in order fulfillment (such as receiving the wrong product), the store will cover all shipping and return costs.

If the reason for return or exchange is personal preference (such as a change of mind or not wishing to keep the product), the customer shall bear all shipping costs and payment gateway fees.

Products that have been opened or used.

Products purchased under special offers.

Products that are custom-packed or ground upon customer request.

Any products that have lost their original packaging or have been improperly stored after receipt.

Refund Process
\nRefunds will be made to the customer using the same payment method within a period not exceeding 7–21 business days from the date the product is received and inspected, subject to the terms and conditions of the selected payment provider.
